# CODM disconnects after wifi drops — emulator can't reconnect (full kill required)

After a brief network disconnect (a few seconds of wifi drop, ISP blip, or VPN reconnect), CODM through TAC refuses to reconnect to matchmaking — even after the user's network is restored. Common framing:

"my net disconnected once like 30 mins ago so now i cant play"

Symptoms:

"obviously network is back, i restarted" — caesarsalad
  Restarting wifi router doesn't help.
  Restarting Windows doesn't help.
Closing CODM but leaving TAC running doesn't help.
The emulator continues to show stale "Connection lost" UI even though network test confirms connectivity.

Root cause: TAC keeps a stale TCP connection state in its internal network engine. Standard process restart doesn't reset the engine — only a complete kill of every TAC subprocess does.
