# PCSX2 Memory Card Setup — PS2 Saves Not Working Fix 2026

My PS2 games in PCSX2 won't save — the game says "No memory card found" or my saves keep disappearing. I'm either setting up PCSX2 for the first time and need to create a memory card, or my saves worked before and have stopped. How do I fix PCSX2 memory card issues and make in-game saving work reliably?
