# How to Set Up shadPS4 — Complete PS4 Emulator Guide 2026

I want to set up shadPS4 to play PlayStation 4 games on my PC. I downloaded it but I'm getting firmware errors and my games won't boot. I'm not sure how to install the PS4 firmware, configure Vulkan, or get controllers working.
