Free Fire
Free Fire is Garena's free-to-play battle royale with short 50-player matches and Clash Squad 4v4 rounds. On PC it runs through GameLoop; this page tracks its compatibility ratings, issues and keymaps.
Free Fire is a free-to-play third-person battle royale developed by 111dots Studio and published by Garena. Matches are short, around ten minutes, with up to 50 players dropping onto maps such as Bermuda, and Clash Squad adds 4v4 rounds for quicker sessions. Characters carry unique abilities, pets add passive perks, and the client is deliberately lightweight so it runs on low-end phones. Free Fire MAX is the higher-fidelity client of the same game: it shares the account, progress and matchmaking with Free Fire through Garena's Firelink system.
On PC the practical route is GameLoop, whose game center lists Free Fire; install it from there and sign in with the linked account you use on your phone. Controls follow the usual third-person shooter layout, with WASD to move, the mouse to aim and fire, and extra keys for the character ability buttons and vehicle actions. GameLoop exposes separate X and Y axis mouse sensitivity for Free Fire, so horizontal and vertical aim can be tuned independently. Because the game targets low-end phones, the hardware needed on the emulator side is modest.
This page tracks the GameLoop compatibility rating for Free Fire and collects community issues, keymaps and guides for the game as they are contributed. The MAX client is covered on its own Free Fire MAX page.
