PUBG Mobile right-click stops working — keymap shows 'unknown + unknown'

In PUBG Mobile through TAC, the right-click mouse button stops responding. Looking at the keymap editor, the right-click binding is shown as "unknown + unknown". Trying to set a new binding for it produces the same "unknown" placeholder — re-binding doesn't take effect.

Symptoms:

  • Right-click was working in earlier sessions, then suddenly stopped.
  • "Unknown + unknown" appears specifically on the right-click slot, not other mouse bindings.
  • Reapplying the keymap doesn't restore right-click.
  • Reinstalling the keymap file doesn't help.
  • "hocam sağ click'e basılı tutuyom ekran dönmüyor" (TR): right-click held doesn't rotate the screen — same root cause.

Replace right-click binding with the F key (or F12) workaround. Per ӃryptønPsychø's iteration with raven:

  1. Open TAC's in-emu keymap editor (4 squares menu → Keyboard & Mouse settings → Edit Keybinding).
  2. Find the right-click slot showing "unknown + unknown".
  3. Add a new keybind at the same on-screen position, but assign it to F (or F12 if F is taken).
  4. Save the keymap.
  5. In-game, use F (or F12) instead of right-click for ADS / scope toggle.

This works because the "unknown" state is corruption in the right-click slot specifically — moving the binding to a different key skips the corruption.

Download the latest community-posted PUBG keymap from #en-support-pubg-mobile. ӃryptønPsychø posts updated keymap .txt files in that channel after fixing each new "unknown" regression. Always grab the latest one rather than reusing an older file. The file is named like Smart 2K.txt (~63 KB) and ships pre-fixed.

If only the smart F key (drive button) doesn't work but right-click + scroll wheel work after the fix, that's expected. Per raven's resolution: "Perfect, right-click and the scroll wheel both work now, but the smart F key still doesn't work with the drive button. I'm fine with tbh." If even the F-key replacement keeps showing 'unknown', do a full Restore DB. Smart Tool → Restore DB → wait for "Settings have been replaced with the bundled defaults" → re-import the keymap file fresh. This wipes the keymap database row that was producing the corrupted state.
