unable to use ExitLag with codm

exitlag is an app that finds better routings to lower ping, a lot of people use this vpn in order to get lower pings, for example: if i have 70 ms, and i activate exitlag, i get 10 ms because i connected to a much closer server

well its not easy at all, as codm opens in a different window instead of the exact same window with exitlag
