when i shoot it aims into a different location

lets say im aiming directly at an enemy, i try shooting him, but for some reason my aiming goes into a different location outside of the hitbox, hes in the middle , i shoot in the middle, suddenly it goes left and right making me lose a gunfight

yes , i have used Restore DB multiple times in fact, and made sure i had the latest keymaps downloaded, and this issue happens frequently
