CODM S7 Terminated account banned or suspended on GameLoop PC
On GameLoop PC running CODM Season 7 Terminated, your account shows a suspension notice or anti-cheat ban — either at login or mid-match — even though you are not using cheats or hacks.
Common forms of this issue:
- Login blocked with "Account Suspended" or ban notice after the S7 update — the S7 patch updated the anti-cheat ruleset; some older GameLoop configurations or overlay software can trigger a false positive during the first 48 hours
- Kicked mid-match with "Cheating Detected" or "Unauthorized Software" message — background software (RGB tools, screen overlays, macro programs) can be misidentified as cheat injection
- Temporary "Account Under Review" suspension (24–72 hours) — automated flag from report volume or unusual match pattern; typically lifts on its own without any action
- Ban happened after using a VPN to reduce ping — region-switching via VPN is against CODM Terms of Service and can trigger a manual review
- Suspension appears on GameLoop but account works normally on mobile — indicates a client-level flag rather than an account-level ban; usually resolved by using the official GameLoop client
Why this happens: CODM uses an anti-cheat system that scans both the game client and the surrounding PC environment. GameLoop is an official Tencent-published emulator and is explicitly permitted — millions of players use it safely. However, the scanner flags injected software, modified emulator builds, and prohibited behavior patterns. At season launches, the anti-cheat ruleset updates alongside the game patch, which can temporarily cause false positives on configurations that worked fine in previous seasons.
Work through these steps before submitting an appeal. Most false positives resolve at step 1 or 2.
Solutions
solution #1815
Close background software that can be misidentified as cheats — this resolves the majority of false-positive bans on GameLoop.
Before launching GameLoop, close or disable these types of programs:
- Discord in-game overlay — open Discord Settings → Overlay → disable "Enable in-game overlay"
- NVIDIA GeForce Experience overlay (Alt+Z) — open GeForce Experience → Settings → General → disable "In-Game Overlay"
- MSI Afterburner / RivaTuner Statistics Server — these inject an OSD frame into the game, which the scanner flags as injection
- Macro software (AutoHotkey, Logitech G HUB macros, or any script that sends automated keystrokes to CODM) — these are a direct Terms of Service violation regardless of intent
- Any VPN that changes your matchmaking region — disconnect entirely before launching
After closing these programs, launch GameLoop and log in to CODM. If the ban was a soft suspension triggered by a flagged tool, the next login should succeed. If the ban notice still appears, continue to the next step.
solution #1816
Confirm you are using the official GameLoop client — third-party or modified builds are the most common cause of permanent bans on legitimate players.
- Open GameLoop and check the version number in the bottom-left corner. The current official version as of 2026 is 7.1 or later.
- If you cannot see a version number, or if you downloaded GameLoop from any site other than the official GameLoop/TAC website or the Tencent App Center, uninstall it immediately.
- Reinstall from the official source only: the TAC (Tencent App Store) download page or the official GameLoop download page at
gameloop.fun. - Do not apply any GameLoop "FPS unlocker patches", "performance mods", or external config files from YouTube tutorials or forums — these directly trigger the anti-cheat system.
- After reinstalling with the official client, launch CODM and attempt to log in. If the suspension was client-level (not account-level), this should resolve it.
solution #1817
If your account remains suspended after fixing the client, submit an official ban appeal — do not create a second account.
- Go to support.codmobile.com (the official CODM support portal).
- Log in with the suspended account credentials.
- Select Account → Account Banned or Suspended.
- In your appeal, state clearly:
- You play on GameLoop PC (the official Tencent emulator)
- You do not use cheats, mods, or macros
- The exact ban message you received
- The date and approximate time the ban occurred (include that it coincided with the S7 update if applicable)
- Submit and wait. False-positive bans tied to a patch update are typically reviewed and reversed within 3–7 business days.
Important: Creating a second account while your main is under review is a Terms of Service violation that will result in both accounts being permanently banned. Wait for the appeal response.
solution #1818
Run GameLoop's built-in repair function to replace any client files that differ from the official package.
- Open GameLoop → click the gear icon (Settings) → About or Help.
- If a Repair or Check for Updates button is visible, click it. GameLoop will verify its core files against the official build and replace any that differ — including configuration files that could cause an anti-cheat flag.
- If no repair button appears, a full uninstall and reinstall of GameLoop achieves the same result (your CODM game data and account are stored server-side and are not affected).
- After repair, restart your PC before launching GameLoop to ensure the old (possibly flagged) files are no longer in memory.
solution #1819
Clear CODM's locally cached files — corrupted S7 update files can be misread as modified game data by the anti-cheat scanner.
- In the GameLoop library, find Call of Duty Mobile → click the three-dot menu → Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Launch CODM. It will re-download its configuration and cache files on startup (this takes 5–15 minutes).
- Let the game fully load to the lobby before starting a match. The first launch after a cache clear involves additional server-side validation that can take longer than usual.
This step does not affect your in-game account, progress, or loadouts — only local cache files are deleted. It is safe to run at any time.
