New Gameloop Beta

New Gameloop Beta is a test build of GameLoop that Tencent pushed through its beta channel in early September 2026. It is the first GameLoop build in months that installs and updates Call of Duty: Mobile on PC, and it runs the current 1.0.57 client, so Season 8 "Against All Fate" content loads normally.

How it is distributed

The build is handed out as a direct installer from down.gameloop.com rather than through the standard GameLoop download page, and Tencent has not published a blog post or release note for it. It surfaced publicly on September 4 and 5, 2026 through Call of Duty: Mobile community accounts, and GameLoop is collecting bug reports and feedback for it on its Discord server.

Why it matters

Classic GameLoop stopped launching Call of Duty: Mobile after client version 1.0.55, 1.0.56 and 1.0.57 updates never landed on it. This beta closes that gap and puts COD Mobile back on the current client, which is why it is tracked here as its own build instead of a footnote on the classic GameLoop page.

Setup notes from community testing

These points come from testers rather than from Tencent documentation, so treat them as starting points. Install to the C drive, enable hardware virtualization (VT-x or AMD SVM) in BIOS, and turn off Windows Core Isolation and Memory Integrity before the first launch. Vulkan and OpenGL are both selectable in the engine settings, and testers report stable 120 FPS in multiplayer and battle royale.

Status

This is a beta. Both the community accounts that shared it and GameLoop itself state that bugs are expected during testing. The installer link points at a single beta channel file, so Tencent can replace or pull it at any time, and anything that depends on this build should be dated and re-checked.
